Review by hotel critic
During my gourmet getaway at Nh Bingen, I was captivated by the stylish and delicious Aquarius Restaurant. The open and inviting space flooded with natural light offered breathtaking Rhine River views, enhancing every bite. As an architect with an eye for detail, the clean and simple decor of Aquarius perfectly complemented the culinary innovation on my plate. The full range of fine German wines added a local touch to my dining experience, expertly selected for NH patrons like myself. Opting for an international dish with seasonal specials, I marveled at the exquisite flavors that danced on my palate. The option to request hot dishes made to order showcased the restaurant's commitment to personalized service.Although I skipped breakfast, the varied spread of sweet and savory options along with hot and cold beverages is sure to delight any food enthusiast. Nh Bingen's evening menu presented a great selection of regional dishes, a true reflection of German culinary excellence.Choosing Nh Bingen was a wise decision for my architectural escapade intertwined with culinary delights.
